If you place an order via a Purchase Order (PO) or a signed quote, our sales team will handle the initial registration within your account on your behalf. Please note that additional steps will be required to complete both your order and payment.

Sign in to your account and navigate to the "Purchases" section: https://account.vates.fr/#/purchases
2. Find the entry for your pending subscription and click the "Continue Order" button to proceed
Note: If you choose to pay by Credit Card, your payment will be confirmed instantly. For Wire Transfer payments, we kindly request that you notify us once the transfer is initiated (you can also upload a transfer proof directly from your account). This will enable us to activate your license more quickly, rather than waiting an additional 2-3 days for the funds to clear in our account.
